Mr. Mitchell, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, is also a long-time supporter of many charitable organizations such as The Humane Society and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. His love of animals is evident not only by his generous support of these and many other organizations, but in his admiration for his own best friend, Vince, his black Labrador Retriever. He and his lovely wife, Darcy, are the proud parents of five wonderful children, all attorneys, and four grandchildren. Aside from his practice of law, Mr. Mitchell is an avid baseball and NASCAR fan, having been to every current major league park and attended races at all the current Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Speedways.
“Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.”
